What is the Refund/Exchange Policy


Regarding Online Training Purchases:

All Sales are Considered final. If, within the first 7 days, you are dissatisfied with the course content, please contact us immediately at 978.957.0700 or e-mail us at support@traininteractive.comto request an exchange for alternate training content.

Regarding Classroom/Online Training Combination Purchases:

- If you are unable to attend the classroom portion of your purchase, please contact immediately us at 978.957.0700 or e-mail us at support@traininteractive.com to request an exchange for alternate dates for training.

- If you are unable to attend a classroom training event more than 60 days prior to the training event, you must contact A. Routsis Associates, Inc. immediately to request a cancellation number and to determine the availability of a 90% refund for the classroom training based on the classroom rates at the time of purchase.

- If you are unable to attend a classroom training between 30 days prior to the training event, you must contact A. Routsis Associates, Inc. immediately to request a cancellation number and to determine the availability of a 50% refund for the classroom training based on the classroom rates at the time of purchase

- If RJG, Inc. is unable to provide the purchased training content, A. Routsis Associates will refund 100% of the classroom portion of your purchase amount based on the classroom rates at the time of purchase

- If you (1) do not attend the training, (2) are unable to complete the class, or (3) do not pass the course, RJG, Inc. and A. Routsis Associates will not refund any monies to the participant.

- RJG and A. Rotusis Associates, Inc. are in no way responsible for any incidental expenses incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling of a training event.
